9.44.010 - City wastewater treatment facility—Protected portions.¶
A. Any person who hunts, trespasses, carries firearms or discharges firearms on the lands of the city known and described in this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be punishable upon conviction by a fine of not exceeding one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or both such fine and imprisonment.
B. The following lands of the city are designated for protection under this section:
All of Lots 65, 66, 67, 68, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91 and 92 of El Capitan Colony as such lots are shown on the map of El Capitan Colony filed for record in the office of the county recorder in Volume 2, Page 17 of Plats;
Those portions of Lots 63, 64, 82, 83, 85 and 86 of El Capitan Colony lying east of the center line of the Hartley Slough;
All of Section 15, T8S, R13E, MDB&M;
A portion of Sections 14 and 23 T8S, R13E, MDB&M, as shown on record of survey map for the city, filed for record in the office of the county recorder in Volume 15 of Survey Maps at Pages 50, 51 and 52.

9.44.020 - City wastewater treatment facility—Signs posted.¶
The city engineer shall install or cause to be installed signs forbidding trespass, hunting and carrying or discharging firearms at intervals of not less than three to the mile along all exterior boundaries of, and at all roads and trails entering, such lands.

9.44.030 - City wastewater treatment facility—Permit.¶
Notwithstanding Section 9.44.010 and 9.44.020, nothing in this chapter shall (A) prevent hunting on the lands above described with a shotgun firing pellets in compliance with a permit therefor issued by the city engineer, and in compliance with all laws and the regulations of the city and the State Department of Fish and Game, or (B) prevent the discharge of firearms in compliance with Section 9.20.020.
