9.28.010 - Fictitious registration.¶

It is unlawful for any person to register in any hotel, motel, camp, court or other similar place in the city by using a fictitious name or fictitious address, or a name or address which is not the true name or address of, or a name or address not customarily used by such person when the same is done with the intent to defraud or to violate any law or to conspire to violate any law or aid or abet the commission of a crime.
