9.24.020 - Curfew.

It is unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen years to remain or loiter in or upon any public street, sidewalk, park, or other public place within the city after the hour of ten p.m. at night and before the hour of six a.m. of the following day, unless the minor is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care, custody, or lawful control of said minor. This section shall not apply to a minor actively proceeding to or from any place of business, amusement, worship, or other legitimate activity.

9.24.030 - Curfew—Aiding and abetting.

Any person assisting, aiding, abetting, or encouraging any minor under the age of eighteen years to violate the provision of Section 9.24.020 hereof is guilty of an infraction; and when any minor is found violating the provision of Section 9.24.020, a presumption shall arise that the parent, guardian, or adult person having the care, custody, and control of the minor assisted, aided, abetted, and encouraged the minor to violate Section 9.24.020.

9.24.040 - Curfew—Juvenile court.

Any person violating Section 9.24.020 of this code, shall be taken into custody of the police department of the city and by them delivered to the juvenile court of the county to be dealt with under the laws of the state.
