§ 2.64.010. Procedure.

All municipal elections held in the City shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Elections Code of the State governing elections in fifth and sixth class cities, so far as they may be applicable.

§ 2.64.020. Time of election.

The Martinez General Municipal Election shall be held in November of the even numbered years and consolidated with the Statewide General Election.

The term of office for the Mayor and all members of the City Council shall be four years.
