§ 2.60.010. Generally.

City officers and employees shall be entitled to receive such compensation for their services as the City Council shall prescribe from time to time by ordinance or resolution. Except as otherwise herein provided, no officer or employee shall be allowed any fees, perquisites, emoluments, rewards or compensation aside from the salary or compensation as fixed by the Council, but all fees received by him in connection with his official duties shall be paid by him daily to the Finance Department.

§ 2.60.040. City treasurer.

The salary of the City Treasurer shall be, at stated times, a compensation fixed by resolution, as is more specifically provided for by Section 36517, Stats. 1971, C 275, p. 580, paragraph one of the Government Code of the State.

Each Council member shall receive a monthly salary of $832.
