§ 2.80.010. Procedure.

All purchase orders shall be submitted to the City Manager, or his designated representatives, for his approval or rejection. When approved, and materials supplied, a warrant based upon the approved purchase order shall be drawn against the proper fund. All warrants shall be signed by the Finance Director and the City Treasurer.
