§ 18.80.010. Garbage and rubbish disposal and general sanitation.¶
A. Adequate garbage cans and garbage collection service shall be provided within the mobile home park.
B. All garbage and waste shall be removed from the mobile home park in accordance with the applicable provisions of the City as found in Chapter 8.16 of this code.
C. All rubbish shall be removed from the park without creating a nuisance and in conformance with local smog control laws.
D. No waste water or material from sinks, plumbing fixtures or waste lines shall be deposited upon the surface of the ground. All must be connected to the park sanitary sewer system.

§ 18.80.020. Sanitation facilities—Generally.¶
Each mobile home park shall provide service buildings to house such toilet, bathing and other sanitation facilities and such laundry facilities and car washing facilities as required, and more particularly described in the State's Division of Housing Trailer Park Act.
