§ 18.48.010. Specifications.¶

Storage spaces shall be provided for parking dependent mobile homes, smaller trailers and boats. Such spaces shall be provided at the rate of one space for each ten mobile home sites. The storage area shall be screened on at least one side with a solid type fence or wall not less than 6 feet in height. In addition, the 5 feet on the side of the fence or wall facing the mobile home sites shall be landscaped with plant materials and permanently maintained to screen the storage area.
