§ 18.08.010. Application of Health and Safety Code.¶
The provisions of 18000 et seq. of the Health and Safety Code of the State pertaining to mobile home parks shall be deemed to be a part of this title. Should there be any conflict between this title and the Health and Safety Code, the provisions of the Health and Safety Code shall prevail.

§ 18.08.020. Application of Uniform Building Code.¶
All buildings or structures shall be constructed in accordance with the Uniform Building Code adopted by the City.

§ 18.08.030. Application of Plumbing Code.¶
All plumbing and sanitation facilities shall be installed and maintained in conformity with the plumbing code adopted by the City.

§ 18.08.040. Application of Electrical Code and State Safety Code.¶
All electrical installations shall be in conformance with the State Safety Code and the City Electrical Code.

§ 18.08.050. Application of the Martinez Municipal Code.¶
All installations shall be subject to the provisions set forth in Sections 15.04.190 and 15.04.195 of the Martinez Municipal Code.
