§ 18.44.010. Fences.¶
No fence higher than 18 inches shall be located within 10 feet of any front mobile home site line.

§ 18.44.020. Landscaping.¶
A. All areas of a mobile home park not occupied by paved roadways or pathways, patios and other park facilities shall be landscaped.
B. Tree screen. A belt of approved trees shall be established and maintained between the mobile home park and all adjoining properties. These trees shall be planted in such proximity to each other that they will form a natural screen around the mobile home park.
C. Shade trees. There shall be the equivalent of at least one tree of an approved type, a minimum of 6 feet in height, for each mobile home site.
