§ 18.64.010. Illumination.¶
Mobile home parks shall have installed and kept in operation from sunset to sunrise sufficient artificial light to clearly illuminate every building containing public toilets and showers and all pathways leading to such public toilets and showers. Illumination shall also be furnished for all service roads within the park. Illumination of service roads shall receive approval of the City Engineer.

§ 18.64.020. Public telephone.¶
Telephone service housed in rainproof booths shall be installed for the convenience of occupants of mobile homes.

§ 18.64.030. Prohibited obstruction.¶
No obstruction of any kind shall be erected, placed or maintained on or about the mobile home site that would impede the movement of a mobile home from a site to a driveway or prevent inspection of plumbing and electrical facilities and related mobile home equipment.

§ 18.64.040. Plot plan in park.¶
The owner or operator of every mobile home park containing mobile homes shall maintain in a conspicuous location a copy of any approved plot of the mobile home park. The plot plan shall show in detail the site layouts, and the location of mobile homes, and each site shall be designated by number or by other means of identification.

§ 18.64.050. Animals.¶
Domestic pets shall not be permitted to run at large in any mobile home park.

§ 18.64.060. Additional regulations.¶
A. A mobile home site in a mobile home park shall not be occupied as a living quarter unless a single mobile home is parked on the site.
B. There shall not be located on each mobile home site more than two automobiles and one mobile home, one patio, one windbreak and an approved storage cabinet. There shall not be more mobile homes in a mobile home park than there are approved mobile home sites.
C. Dependent trailer coaches shall not be occupied in any mobile home park in the City.
D. Independent mobile homes shall not be parked in other than those sites which have approved plumbing facilities for parking such mobile homes.
E. All toilet compartments and compartments containing bath facilities shall be kept free from obnoxious odors, mosquitoes, flies, etc.
F. The public toilets shall be maintained and accessible to tenants at all times.
G. All toilets and bathing facilities shall be for the exclusive use of the occupants of the mobile home park.
