§ 18.56.020. Design.

A. By reason of varying bearing values of native subsoils in different localities within the boundaries of the City, the City Engineer may in each instance specify the design requirements for service roads within each particular mobile home park. The basic minimum specification for service roads within a mobile home park shall be a base course composed of 4 inches of approved crusher-run rock, which shall be thoroughly compacted by means of 10-ton tandem rollers.

B. The required paving shall consist of 1 ½ inches of asphaltic concrete (black top) developed to a smooth finish by mechanical rollers. Should the developer of the mobile home park, for aesthetic or other valid reasons, choose to substitute three course rock (armor-coat) paving instead of blacktop paving, the operation shall be conducted in accordance with the specifications furnished by the City Engineer.
