§ 18.36.010. Location.

All facilities heretofore referred to in this title as "utilities" shall be installed underground in accordance with standards of the public utility involved with the concurrence of the City Engineer and/or Building Department. Compliance with this section shall be the responsibility of the permittee and he shall make all necessary arrangements with the public utility involved or the City, as the case may be.
