2.36.010 - Created.

The county does create an advisory body to assist the Central California Health Systems Agency, which shall be known as the "Madera County Health Systems Council."

2.36.020 - Size of the council.

The council shall consist of twenty-three members appointed by the board of supervisors, which may include two members of the county public health team as ex officio members of the council with full voting rights.

2.36.030 - Bylaws.

The amended bylaws of the Central California Health Systems Council, as approved by the board of supervisors by Minute Order 76-161 on January 27, 1976, are adopted as the bylaws of the health systems council and shall govern the administration of that council. Said amended bylaws are made a part hereof by reference, as though fully set forth in this chapter.
