2.04.010 - Office created.¶
The office of clerk of the board of supervisors is established.

2.04.020 - Appointment of clerk of the board of supervisors.¶
The clerk of the board of supervisors shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the board of supervisors. The salary and other compensation of the clerk of the board of supervisors shall be established by resolution of the board of supervisors.

2.04.030 - Duties.¶
The clerk of the board of supervisors shall perform all duties prescribed by law for the clerk of the board of supervisors or for the county clerk when the county clerk serves as ex officio clerk of the board of supervisors, together with such additional duties as may be from time to time prescribed by the board of supervisors. The clerk of the board of supervisors shall direct and oversee the operations of the office of the clerk of the board of supervisors subject to the direction of the board of supervisors, and shall also receive general administrative direction from the county administrative officer.

2.04.040 - Attendance at meetings of board—Keeping of minutes and records.¶
The clerk of the board of supervisors shall attend all meetings of the board of supervisors and shall keep and maintain all minutes, resolutions and other records of the actions of the board of supervisors.
