Lomita Municipal Code Ch. 8 Notices and Filings

The following are officially designated as public places for the posting of all ordinances, resolutions or notices adopted or issued by the city:

(a) City hall;

(b) City website;

(c) Lomita Park.

All ordinances and all resolutions required by law to be published or posted shall be posted in at least three (3) public places as set forth in the previous section of this Code in accordance with the provisions of section 36933 of the Government Code.

The mayor of the City of Lomita, the city clerk, the city attorney, and the mayor pro tem are each appointed the authorized agent of the City of Lomita for the filing with such offices and officers of the State of California and of the county of Los Angeles, of certified copies of ordinances and resolutions and such other documents as may be required for the proper and efficient conduct of the City's business.
