2.48.010 - Purpose.¶
The declared purpose of this chapter is to provide for the general direction and guidelines by which the city shall plan and operate under emergency conditions.

2.48.020 - Authority.¶
This chapter is adopted pursuant to Chapter 7 of Division 1 of Title 2 of the Government Code of the state of California, the "California Emergency Services Act."

2.48.030 - Emergency plan.¶
The "City of Lancaster Emergency Plan" is made a part of this chapter by reference and shall be the city emergency plan.
