§ 9-28.010. Purpose and intent. ¶
The purpose and intent of the community commercial district is to provide for areas where a variety of goods and services can be obtained within neighborhood related small scale commercial centers. (Prior code § 9-16.010; Ord. 98-8 § 2 (part))
§ 9-28.020. Permitted uses. ¶
Table 9-28.020 identifies the permitted uses, and accessory uses within the district. Uses in the table are permitted subject to the permit criteria referenced. Any use not included shall be considered as prohibited.

§ 9-28.030. Applicable areas. ¶
The regulations and standards contained in this section shall apply to all properties designated as community commercial on the city zoning map.

§ 9-28.040. Development standards. ¶
The standards in Table 9-28.040 shall apply to developments within the community commercial district.
