§ 9-22.010. Purpose and intent.

The intent and purpose of the office professional district is to provide for the establishment of office-based working environments for administrative and professional offices as well as necessary support uses. (Prior code § 9-13.010; Ord. 98-8 § 2 (part))

§ 9-22.020. Permitted uses.

Table 9-22.020 identifies the permitted uses, and accessory uses within the district. Uses in the table are permitted subject to the permit criteria referenced. Any use not included shall be considered prohibited.

§ 9-22.030. Applicable areas.

The regulations and standards contained in this section shall apply to all properties designated as office professional on the city zoning map.

§ 9-22.040. Development standards.

The standards in Table 9-22.040 shall apply to developments within the office professional district.
