Article 5 — Mobile Home Sites — King City Zoning Code

§ 17.54.200. Building site standards. ¶

Any mobile home permitted on any building site shall meet the following standards:

(a) Mobile homes of not less than six hundred square feet of living area as the same is defined by the Health and Safety Code of the state of California and bearing the seal of the Department of Housing and Committee Development of the state of California;
(b) Skirting shall be required conforming to the Division of Housing and Building Standards around the entire perimeter of the mobile home;
(c) A minimum of one hundred twenty square feet of metal patio awning shall be required, securely anchored and bearing the insignia of the Division of Housing and Building Standards;
(d) Side setbacks of ten feet shall be provided and maintained for public safety;
(e) Landscaping. A minimum twenty percent of the gross area of the building site shall be planted and maintained as a consideration of any permit.
