Chapter 17.40 — B—SPECIAL BUILDING SITE DISTRICTS

§ 17.40.010. Purpose. ¶
(a) These districts are intended to be applied where it is deemed appropriate to maintain a suburban or rural atmosphere.
(b) The following regulations shall apply in all districts which are combined with such B district and shall be applied in lieu of the building site area and lot width required, in the combined district, and shall be subject to the provisions of Chapters 17.48 through 17.52 .

§ 17.40.020. Minimum lot size. ¶
B-1 areas, minimum lot size, shall be ten thousand square feet, and the minimum lot width shall be eighty feet.

§ 17.40.030. Building site and lot requirements. ¶
In B district areas, minimum building site area and minimum lot width shall be as specified on the zoning map. No building shall be more than two stories, nor more than thirty feet in height. (Ord. 354 § 4.36.3, 1973; Ord. 429 § 1, 1980)
