§ 17.46.010. Purpose.

The purpose of U districts is to provide regulations for those areas which for any reason are not included within any other district as specified in this title, or shown on the zoning map as being included within any district. (Ord. 354 § 4.39.1, 1973)

§ 17.46.020. Uses permitted.

Single family residences shall be permitted when they meet all the requirements set out in the R-l-B1 district.

§ 17.46.030. Uses permitted subject to obtaining permit.

Those uses which are permitted in the zoning district which most closely conforms to the city’s master plan of land use, and element of the general plan, for the specific area involved, including public utility uses to serve the area. (Ord. 354 § 4.39.3, 1973)

§ 17.46.040. Building site and lot requirements.

No building shall be more than two stories, nor shall any building or structure exceed thirty feet in height. Minimum lot width, lot coverage, yards required and parking required for a use permitted under Section 17.46.020 shall be as specified in Chapter 17.12 . For all other uses the minimum lot width, lot coverage, yards required and parking required shall be as specified in the use permit provided for by Section 17.48.030 .
