10.09.010 - Board to designate one-way streets.

The board of supervisors may by resolution describe and designate highways, streets or portions thereof as one-way streets whenever it determines that the restriction of the movement of traffic to a single direction at all times, or at certain times only, would reduce congestion, control hazards, or improve the movement of traffic.

10.09.020 - Road commissioner to post one-way streets.

The road commissioner shall place or cause to be placed in a conspicuous place on such one-way streets at the intersection of each street or highway intersecting such one-way street, adequate signs bearing the words "One-Way Street" and including the direction of lawful traffic movement.

10.09.030 - Violation of one-way streets.

It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle traversing any portion of any one-way street as designated or established by resolution of the board of supervisors, to operate such vehicle thereon in violation of the one-way street signs placed by the road commissioner pursuant to this chapter.
