SIDEWALKS IN COMMERCIAL ZONES Sections: Regulations. 417-1. Regulations. No person shall operate, ride, or use, a bicycle, or a skateboard or similar device, upon any sidewalk located in any territory in the County that is zoned by the County’s zoning ordinance as a commercial zone and that is posted with appropriate signs prohibiting such operation, riding, or use.
