15.50.010 - Prohibited.

No person shall drink any malt, spirituous or vinous liquor containing more than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume, upon any street, sidewalk or parkway, park, playground, or in any public place, or any park or place maintained by the city, or in any place open to patronage of the public, which place is not a premises licensed for the consumption of such liquor; provided that, the provisions of this section shall not apply to public parks between the hours of ten a.m. and sunset of any day.
