15.24.010 - Permission required.

It is unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation to post, stick, nail, tack, stamp, paint or otherwise affix, or to cause to be posted, stuck, nailed, tacked, stamped, painted or otherwise affixed any bill, poster, notice, card or other form of advertisement to or upon any house or any part thereof or to or upon any barn, outbuilding, wall, fence, post, sidewalk, tree or boxes around tree, or to or upon any other structure or structures whatever within the city limits, without first obtaining permission in writing from the owner, occupant or person in charge of the premises, so to do.
