Sec. 16-162. - Operation of certain mechanical devices by persons under…¶
It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to operate any cigarette vending machines or lawful slot machines.

Sec. 16-163. - Same—Permitting such operation.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person maintaining any machine described in section 16-162 or the proprietor of any place where any such device is located to permit any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to operate such device.
