Sec. 11-61. - Report of illness.

It shall be the duty of the operator or owner of all food establishments to report as soon as possible to the health officer any illness of a communicable nature on the part of any food handler employed therein.

Sec. 11-62. - Dress and cleanliness.

All food handlers shall wear clean, washable aprons, smocks or other outer clothing and shall be clean as to their person and method of handling food or food products.

Sec. 11-63. - Compliance with article.

It shall be unlawful for any person to work as or be employed as a food handler in a food establishment without complying with the provisions of this article.
