5.64.010 - Theater permits.

Every person conducting a theater, whether indoors or outdoors, containing a permanent stage upon which movable scenery and theatrical appliances are used, where musical, theatrical, or vaudeville or similar performances are given, and for which a fee is charged, collected or received, or where motion pictures are exhibited for which a fee is charged, received or collected, shall procure a license and shall pay a license fee of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per day or twelve dollars ($12.00) per quarter.
