East Palo Alto Municipal Code Ch. 5.12 Amusement Devices

A. Every person exhibiting, showing or operating a merry-go-round, Ferris-wheel, toboggan slide, swing, or other similar type of amusement device, and charging a fee for the same, shall procure a license and pay a fee per device of six dollars ($6.00) per day, twelve dollars ($12.00) per month, or thirty-six dollars ($36.00) per year.

B. The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to coin-operated rides or apparatus, or to devices otherwise licensed by this chapter.
