5.60.010 - Shooting gallery.¶

Every person conducting, managing or carrying on a shooting range or gallery, marksmanship contest, dart game, archery, or similar form of attraction, not otherwise licensed or operating under a use permit, under this code, where a fee is charged, shall procure a license and pay a license fee of two dollars ($2.00) per day or, if a permanent installation, fifty dollars ($50.00) per year.
