- Participant Contributions Paid by the Employer. The Employer will pay all of the contributions required to be paid by Management Participants under this Appendix. The Employer will pay all of the contributions required to be paid by all other Participants under this Appendix after the fifth year of covered employment.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the contribution rates set out in this Appendix A. are subject to adjustment in accordance with memorandums of understanding between the Employer and collective bargaining units or individual employees.
