7-4.1 Central Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority Ordinance Adopted. ¶
The Central Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority’s ordinance regulating solid waste, green waste and recyclable material collection, processing, disposal and litter (Ordinance No. 97-01 of the Central Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority) is adopted by reference in its entirety. The Town of Danville shall adopt all future amendments to the ordinance so long as the Town remains a member of the Solid Waste Authority, (Ord. #97-11, §2)
7-4.2 Penalties. ¶
Violation of this section shall be subject to the penalties established by the Central Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority but shall not exceed a fine of one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars and/or thirty (30) days in prison per violation occurrence. (Ord. #97-11, §2)
