19-8.2 Notice of Completion.

The Town Engineer shall issue a certificate of completion upon satisfactory completion of permitted work. (Ord. #89-22, §92-8.71)

19-8.3 Emergency Conditions.

This title shall not prevent a person from performing emergency maintenance on pipe or conduit lawfully on or under rightof-way, or making an emergency use, or encroachment necessary to preserve life or property when an urgent necessity arises, except the person making an emergency use, repair or encroachment shall apply for a written permit within ten (10) calendar days of beginning the work. A person requiring an emergency use, repair or encroachment shall first notify the Town Engineer’s office. During the hours the Town offices are closed, notice shall be given the Danville Police Department. (Ord, #89-22, §92-8.78)
