3.20.010 - Transfer of city tax functions to county.

Pursuant to Section 51500 et seq. of the Government Code of the state, the city council transfers the assessment and tax collection duties performed by the city assessor and tax collector to the assessor and tax collector of the county.

3.20.020 - Compensation paid to county.

The compensation paid to the county for assessing and collecting taxes for the city shall be fixed by agreement between the county board of supervisors and the city council.
