3.04.010 - Fund created.¶

There is created a capital outlay fund.

3.04.020 - Source of funds.¶

The capital outlay fund shall consist of such sums as the city council may transfer from the surplus funds of the city, and such sums as may be collected from taxes levied by the city specifically for the capital outlay fund.
