10.20.010 - Obstruction of City Streets prohibited.

It is unlawful for any locomotive, engine, tender, car or train of cars, to be allowed to obstruct, for a period longer than five minutes, any Street or Highway within the City so as to prevent the passage of Persons, horses or wagons along such Street or Highway.

10.20.020 - Speed limit in City.

It is unlawful for any locomotive, engine, Railway train or car to be driven or propelled by steam at a greater rate of speed than ten miles per hour in the City.

10.20.030 - Whistles and horns—Sounding within the City prohibited—Exceptions.

It is unlawful for any Person, firm or corporation to sound or blow any whistle, horn or other sounding device or cause to sound or cause to blow any whistle, horn or other sounding device upon any Railroad locomotive or Railroad engine within the City limits of the City unless the same is absolutely necessary at the time as a danger signal to avoid an impending accident or other imminent danger.

10.20.040 - Blow-off cock—Opening within the City prohibited—Exceptions.

It is unlawful for any Person, firm or corporation to open or cause the opening of a blow-off cock or other device upon a Railroad locomotive or Railroad engine, thereby Permitting or allowing steam to escape therefrom so as to make loud and disturbing Noises in the vicinity thereof, unless same is absolutely necessary to avoid an accident or other imminent danger.
