10.06.010 - General provisions.¶
The City elects to receive, deposit, accept forfeitures and otherwise process the posting of bail for parking Violations for which a Written Notice of parking Violation has been issued within the boundaries of the City.

10.06.020 - Contract authorized.¶
The City Council is authorized by minute Action to contract with an authorized agency to provide for the receipt, deposit, acceptance and processing of bail for parking Violations.

10.06.030 - Bail schedule.¶
The City Council is authorized to establish a bail schedule, for Violations of its Ordinances and for all parking Violations occurring within the City, by Resolution.
