10.10.010 - Definitions.¶
The Following words and phrases Used in this chapter have the meanings herein ascribed to them:
"Nonmotorized Vehicle" means a Vehicle which is unable to move under its own power, including without limitation, truck trailers, trailers, Carts, wagons, Camper shells, boats and all other nonmotorized recreational, storage and service-type Vehicles whether for commercial, personal or private Use. Nonmotorized Vehicles include Vehicles which re-empty or are Used for storage of personal, recreational, professional or commercial equipment, merchandise, Goods, wares, products or services, which May or May not be Used for display, demonstration, distribution, consumption, Sale, other remuneration, or for the solicitation of Goods, services, and/or remuneration of any kind.
"Off-Site" means City Streets, public roadways, Alleys, rights-of-way, and Highways.

10.10.020 - Off-Site parking prohibited.¶
A. No Nonmotorized Vehicle Shall be parked Off-Site between the hours of six p.m. to six a.m.
B. Nonmotorized Vehicles when parked as Permitted by this chapter Shall be parked in a manner that is safe and that does not obstruct Driveways and intersections.
C. Disabled Nonmotorized Vehicles May be parked Off-Site for a maximum period of two hours during the hours of six p.m. to six a.m. to obtain towing or other assistance necessary to effect the removal.
D. Maintenance and repairs of Nonmotorized Vehicles Shall not be conducted Off-Site, with the exception of reinflating or changing a tire, which May be done Off-Site to facilitate the removal of the Vehicle.

10.10.030 - Exemptions.¶
Mail and Parcel delivery trucks, product delivery Vehicles, lawn and Yard care, pool care, air conditioning care and other Nonmotorized Vehicles associated with normal residential care, maintenance, repair and construction services, push Carts licensed by the City, Department of Motor Vehicle licensed horseless carriages, and historical Vehicles are exempt from the provisions of this chapter.

10.10.040 - Enforcement.¶
The provisions of this chapter Shall be administered and enforced by the Police Chief.

10.10.050 - Violation—Penalties.¶
Any Person, firm or corporation, whether as principal, agent, Employee or otherwise, violating or causing the Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter Shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction Shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment in the City Jail or County Jail for a term not to exceed six Months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Such Persons, firm or corporation Shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every Day during any portion which any Violation of this title is committed or continued by such Person, firm or corporation and Shall be punishable as herein provided.
