9.64.010 - Prohibited in city streets or alleys—Penalty.

Any person who deposits, scatters or leaves about, in, or upon the city streets or alleys any cans, bottles, or other refuse shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

9.64.020 - Prohibited in city park—Penalty.

Any person who deposits, scatters, or leaves in the city park any cans, bottles, or other refuse shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

9.64.030 - Distribution of handbills and/or samples on motor vehicles strictly prohibited.

A. Any person who places, or allows, directs or causes another to place, handbills in or about any motor vehicle shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. A handbill shall mean any writing described in Section 250 of the Evidence Code.

B. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter is for any reason held to be invalid, such holding or holdings shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter. The city council declares that it would not have passed this chapter and each section, subsection, sentence, clause and phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases shall be declared invalid.
