9.26.010 - Legislative purpose.¶
The purpose of this chapter is to prohibit persons from urinating or defecating in any place except a restroom in order to protect the public from unhealthy conditions resulting from such acts and to promote human decency. For purposes of this chapter the term "restroom" means any room or structure containing a flush toilet or receptacle for the deposit of human waste such as urine and feces and which is fully enclosed so that the act of urination or defecation is not visible from the exterior of said room or structure.

9.26.020 - Public urination prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any person to urinate or deposit any urine in any place within the city except in a restroom.

9.26.030 - Public defecation prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any person to defecate or deposit any human feces in any place within the city except in a restroom.

9.26.040 - Penalty for violation.¶
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
