9.60.010 - Violation—Penalty.¶

Any person who discharges mucous from the nose or mouth, or who spits upon any sidewalk, crosswalk or curb, stairway or entrance thereto, or upon any part of any theater or public building or any vehicle used for transportation of the public within the city is guilty of a misdemeanor.
