9.56.010 - Draining or deposit upon public property prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person, in the operation of any agricultural, commercial or industrial enterprise, negligently, wilfully or maliciously, to drain, divert, deposit or cause or permit the draining, diverting, overflow, deposit, seepage or flow of water, mud, oil, or any liquid of petroleum content onto any public property in the city from any land or improvement thereon lying adjacent thereto or in the vicinity thereof.

9.56.020 - Maintenance of certain places in foul condition—Penalty.

Every person who keeps or permits to be kept at or upon any premises owned, controlled or occupied by him within the city any chicken coop, yard, cow house, hog pen, stable, cellar, vault, drain, pool, sewer, or sink in a foul, noxious or filthy condition shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
