10.10.010 - Two-hour limit.

A. There shall be a two-hour vehicle parking limit in the following designated areas:

  1. On the easterly side of St. Charles Street (State Highway 49) between three hundred ninety feet and five hundred thirteen feet westerly of the northwest corner of Treat Avenue, Treat Avenue and St. Charles Street intersection;

  2. On the westerly side of St. Charles Street (State Highway 49) between eight hundred fifty-four feet and nine hundred fifty-two feet easterly of the southeast corner of Church Hill Road (Main Street), Church Hill Road and St. Charles Street intersection;

  3. On the easterly side of St. Charles Street (State Highway 49) between California Street and Main Street.

B. Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of an infraction, and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in Section 42001 of the Vehicle Code of the state.

10.10.020 - Two-hour limit between nine a.m. and six p.m.

A. The following designated area shall have a two- hour vehicle parking limit between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m. except Sundays and holidays:

  1. On both sides of Main Street between St. Charles Street (State Highway 49) and Court Street.

B. Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of an infraction, and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in Section 42001 of the Vehicle Code of the state.

10.10.030 - Buses and trucks—Designated area.

A. The following designated area shall be limited to the parking of buses and trucks with the exception of pickups for a period of no longer than thirty minutes:

  1. On the westerly side of Mountain Ranch Road No. 14, between forty-seven feet and one hundred sixty-one feet northerly of the northeast corner of Marshall Road No. 755.

B. Penalty for Violation. Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of an infraction and upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in Section 42001 of the Vehicle Code of the state.

10.10.040 - Restricted parking.

A. Parking is restricted in the following areas:

  1. In the Murphys Community Parking Lot on Algiers Street, there shall be no overnight camping, or storage of vehicles over seventy-two hours.

B. Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of an infraction and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in Section 42001 of the California Vehicle Code.
