There is established a prima facie speed limit of fifteen miles per hour on: Lewis Street, between Gold Strike Road and a point 0.10 miles south of the school crosswalk.

There is established a prima facie speed limit of twenty-five miles per hour on:

A. Sheep Ranch Road, No. 32, from Church Street, No. 841, and extending northerly from Murphys for one-half mile;

B. Pope Street No. 752, between California Street No. 750 and a point 1,400 feet west of California Street No. 750;

C. Russel Road No. 730, between points 560 feet southwest and 2,000 feet southwest of California State Highway No. 49;

D. Sourgrass Road No. 8044, between points two miles east and 5.21 miles east of State Highway No. 4;

E. Mountain Ranch Road, Road No. 14, between 168 feet east of the centerline of State Highway 49 and five hundred feet east of the centerline of Calaveritas Road, Road No. 42, for a total distance of three thousand four hundred forty feet;

F. Sheep Ranch Road No. 32, in the community of Sheep Ranch, beginning at a point ninety-three feet northerly of the intersection of School Street and ending at a point seventy-two feet easterly of the intersection of Armstrong Road, for a total distance of one thousand six hundred sixty feet (0.31 miles);

G. Main Street No. 871, in the community of Sheep Ranch, beginning at its intersection with Sheep Ranch Road and ending at a turnaround (end of road), for a total distance of one thousand two hundred fourteen feet (0.23 miles).

H. Mokelumne Hill Campo Seco Turnpike No. 806, beginning at the intersection with State Highway 26 to the intersection with State Highway 49, for a total distance of eight thousand seven hundred seven feet (1.649 miles).

B. Blagen Road, Road No. 36, in its entirety from State Highway 004 to Main Street, White Pines, Road No. 804.

C. Copper Cove Drive, Road No. 960, from 1.01 miles west of O'Byrnes Ferry Road, No. 048, to 2.09 miles west of O'Byrnes Ferry Road, No. 048.

D. Lombardi Drive, Road No. 8910, from its intersection with Donya Drive, Road No. 8912, to its southerly intersection with State Route 49.

There is established a prima facie speed limit of thirty-five miles per hour on:

A. Railroad Flat Road No. 13, beginning at the intersection of Independence Road No. 262 and Railroad Flat Road No. 13, and continuing along Railroad Flat Road No. 13 in a southwesterly direction for three-fourths of a mile;

B. Ridge Road No. 22, in the community of Rail Road Flat, beginning at the intersection of Rail Road Flat Road No. 13, and continuing westerly for a distance of five thousand two hundred eighty feet (1.0 miles);

C. Rail Road Flat Road No. 13, in the community of Wilseyville, beginning approximately five hundred feet north of Blizzard Mine Road, No. 164, extending southeasterly to its intersection with Blue Mountain Road, No. 17, then continuing on Blue Mountain Road to 0.9 miles easterly from its intersection with Rail Road Flat Road;

D. Rolleri Bypass Road, No. 311, from State Highway 004 to the Angels city limit;

E. That portion of Pennsylvania Gulch Road from the intersection of Highway No. 4 to Wingdam Road;

F. French Gulch Road, No. 312, from the upper, east end of Murphys Grade Road, No. 31, to Falcon Mine Road;

G. Vista Del Lago Drive, Road No. 072, in its entirety from State Highway 26 to Hogan Dam Road, Road No. 058.

B. Copper Cove Drive, Road No. 960, from O'Byrnes Ferry Road, No. 048, to 1.01 miles westerly;

C. Copper Cove Drive, Road No. 960, from 2.09 miles west of O'Byrnes Ferry Road, No. 048, to Little John Road, No. 961;

D. Lombardi Drive Road, Road No. 8910, beginning at the northerly intersection of State Route 49 to its intersection with Donya Drive Road, Road No. 8912.

There is established a prima facie speed limit of forty-five miles per hour on:

A. Hartvickson Lane, Road No. 74, between Vista del Lago Drive, No. 72 and Baldwin Street, No. 73; Copper Cove Drive, Road No. 960, from O'Byrnes Ferry Road No. 48, to Little John Road, No. 961;

B. O'Byrnes Ferry Road, No. 048, from five hundred twenty feet north of the intersection with Copper Cove Drive, Road No. 960, to two thousand one hundred twenty feet south of the intersection with Copper Cove Drive, Road No. 960;

C. French Gulch Road, No. 312, from the lower, west end of Murphys Grade Road, No. 31, to Falcon Mine Road;

D. Baldwin Street, Road No. 073, from the intersection with Highway 26 to the intersection with Milton Road, Road No. 053;

E. Milton Road, Road No. 053, from the intersection with Hunt Road, Road No. 520, to 0.3 miles south of the Calaveras River Bridge, Bridge No. 30C0069.

F. Little John Road No. 961, beginning at the intersection of Reeds Turnpike, No. 716 to the intersection with Copper Cove Drive No. 960, for a total distance of thirteen thousand four hundred thirty-nine feet (2.545 miles).

There is established a prima facie speed limit of fifty miles per hour on:

A. Murphys Grade Road No. 31, between milepost 2.93 and milepost 5.48, for a total distance of 2.55 miles.

Any person or persons violating the provisions of this chapter, by exceeding the speed limit as established in this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in Section 42001 of the Vehicle Code of the state.
