402.11 Future Fixtures.

Where provisions are made for the future installation of fixtures, those provided for shall be considered in determining the required sizes of the drain and water supply piping. Construction for future installations shall be ter
minated with a plugged fitting or fittings. Where the plugged fitting is at the point where the trap of a fixture is installed, the plumbing system for such fixture shall be complete and be in accordance with the plumbing requirements of this code.
