Nitrogen, NF. Nitrogen complying as a minimum, with nitrogen NF. [NFPA 99:3.3.109.1] Nonwater Urinal with Drain Cleansing Action. A nonwater urinal that conveys waste into the drainage system without the use of water for flushing and automatically performs a drain-cleansing action after a predetermined amount of time. Nonwater Supplied Urinal [HCD 1] . A plumbing fixture which does not require water supply and is designed to receive and convey the uninhibited flow of liquid waste to the gravity drainage system. Nuisance. Includes, but is not limited to: (1) A public nuisance known at common law or in equity
jurisprudence. (2) Where work regulated by this code is dangerous to
human life or is detrimental to health and property.

DEFINITIONS
(3) Inadequate or unsafe water supply or sewage disposal
system.
[HCD 1 & HCD 2] “Nuisance” shall mean any nuisance as defined in Health and Safety Code Section 17920(l).
