§ 53362

Government Code §§ 53311–53368.3 — Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982 · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. The legislative body may, by resolution, issue new bonds to refund any or all of the district bonds outstanding or improvement area bonds outstanding that have been issued pursuant to this article.

(Repealed and added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 269, Sec. 29. Effective July 3, 1984.)
