Government Code §§ 53311–53368.3 — Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982 · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. At the hearing any person interested, including persons owning property within the area, may appear and present any matters material to the questions set forth in the resolution declaring the necessity for incurring the bonded indebtedness.
