§ 53352

Government Code §§ 53311–53368.3 — Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982 · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. The resolution provided for in Section 53351 shall constitute the notice of such special bond election and such resolution shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation circulating within the area.
